What Matters..

What matters most to me is where these treats come from, who makes them, and how they are prepared, but these are more than just "treats" they can be used as whole foods to feed your beloved dog.  At For the Love of Crush, I believe dogs deserve real food — not mystery ingredients, artificial fillers, chemical preservatives, or heavily manufactured products made in giant factories. I am deeply committed to searching for small-batch makers and independent farms that create some of the finest whole foods for dogs in the world. The kinds of foods nature intended — simple, honest ingredients that can be given as treats or served as part of a dog’s daily nourishment. Furthermore, I believe in supported another business maker, trying to make it in this big world of ours, and supporting the best way I can.

From dehydrated duck hearts and quail eggs to freeze-dried organs, whole prey treats, carrots, fish skins, and other single-ingredient foods, every item is chosen with intention, transparency, and love. I look for makers who care about sourcing, ethical practices, nutrition, and quality over mass production. This journey began with my own love for dogs — especially Crush — and a desire to offer something better. Something cleaner. Something closer to nature. Because our dogs are family, and what we feed them matters. As I am sure  you are like me, I want my beloved canine to live as long and healthy as possible. â€‹

Farms & Ranches:

We proudly partner with farmers and ranchers across Texas, Wyoming, and throughout the United States to source fresh, ethically raised beef, pork, poultry, goat, and lamb treats. Our commitment to quality extends far beyond geography — we carefully work with trusted small farms and independent producers who share our dedication to humane practices, sustainability, and responsible sourcing. Every ingredient is thoughtfully selected to ensure freshness, integrity, and exceptional care in every batch we offer.

Ethnic Markets:

We celebrate the rich cultural diversity within our communities, and that passion is reflected in the way we source our ingredients. By partnering with local ethnic markets and specialty suppliers, we’re able to offer sustainably sourced seafood and unique proteins inspired by global culinary traditions from regions including Vietnam, South Korea, Chile, and New Zealand. These valued partnerships allow us to provide a wider variety of thoughtfully sourced, culturally inspired treats for pets and the people who love them.

At the heart of For the Love of Crush is a simple belief:
"The closer food remains to its natural form, the better it can nourish the body, support vitality, and honor the animals we love so deeply." - with fondness, Rose + Crush
